Job Description: We have outside sales career openings in both our B2B/Workplace Benefits Sales division as well as our Individual Market division. Candidates must be teachable enough internalized and implement our proven sales systerm. The ability to integrate previous leadership experience is important for those candidates looking for immediate advancement opportunities.

We have built a nationally recognized sales organization headquartered in Bloomington, MN. Since 2004, we've averaged 31% for the last 12 years, growing from 2 reps in Minneapolis to 5 regional offices supporting over 85 reps in 9 states. This consistent growth, along with some recent promotions, has led to a unique opportunity in Duluth and the surrounding region.  This includes abundant sales territory as well as increased need for leadership. Our culture is to lead by example, so we are looking for Leadership Candidates who aren’t afraid to walk the talk and learn our business. Our training process is to take new sales professionals by the hand and show them how to be successful. 

While previous sales and leadership (personal or professional) experience is highly valued, we are absolutely willing to train the person who embodies key characteristics: Ambitious, Unusually Driven, Highly Coach-able,
